OUTAGE NOTICE FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAILS

Good Morning Valued ClarityMV Customer,

We are writing to inform you that our customer support email addresses, info@claritymv.com and billing@claritymv.com, are temporarily down due to an unexpected server outage for those addresses.

Our customer service team has put up a new temporary email address to help serve you and your needs. This new address is claritymvhelp@gmail.com.

Please be advised that this email will only be active while our normal email server is down. This outage will also only affect the customer service side of our business as the emails used for activating accounts, resetting passwords and notifying customers about test results are done through another server.

We will put out another notice when our normal email services are restored.
